Job Title: Data Analyst (10+ Years Experience) Location: Brussels, Belgium Type: Full-time / Long-term Assignment We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst with 10+ years of professional experience to join our team in Brussels.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming complex data into meaningful insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to support business decisions.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.

Perform data validation, data quality checks, and data governance activities.

Create visualizations and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.

Work closely with IT teams to optimize data pipelines and ensure data availability.

Document data analysis processes, methodologies, and findings.

Support strategic initiatives with data-driven recommendations.

️ Required Skills & Experience ~10+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.

~ Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

~ Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar). ~ Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as Python or R (preferred). ~ Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.

~ Experience working with large and complex datasets.

~ Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

~ Excellent communication skills and ability to present insights to stakeholders.

Education ~ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

Nice to Have Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP). Knowledge of Big Data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, etc.). Experience working in Agile environments.
