About the Position
We are expanding our remote team and looking for reliable individuals to assist with client communication and scheduling for financial planning consultations.
In this role, you will help individuals and families get connected with licensed professionals who provide guidance on financial protection and long-term planning.
You do not need prior experience in this field. We provide training and a clear process so you understand how the role works.
What You’ll Do
• Speak with individuals who request information about financial services
• Help schedule consultations and follow up with interested clients
• Communicate with clients by phone, Zoom, and email
• Use simple scripts and training materials to guide conversations
• Keep organized records of client communication
