Setting/Hours: 100% In-Office Full-time

Position Summary:

This role is responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machinery to support efficient manufacturing operations. The position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment, and a commitment to maintaining high quality and safety standards while producing precision components.

Key Responsibilities:

Machine components according to drawing and program specifications

Collaborate with the Mill Supervisor to ensure production schedules are met

Measure and inspect parts to confirm quality and accuracy

Maintain a clean, organized work area while following all safety protocols

Qualifications:

Previous machine operator experience preferred, but not required

Willingness to learn with the ability to complete provided training

Strong attendance record and commitment to punctuality

Physical Demands:

Work involves walking, talking, hearing, and using material handling equipment

Close vision is required for detailed work and inspections

Ability to lift, push, pull, and/or carry up to 50 lbs regularly

May be required to stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, or crawl

Work performed in a plant environment with moderately loud noise levels
