Salary Range: $83,000 - $128,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local EHS regulations and company policies.

Develop, implement, and maintain effective EHS management systems and programs.

Conduct regular EHS risk assessments, inspections, and audits to identify and mitigate hazards.

Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Develop and deliver comprehensive EHS training programs for all employees.

Monitor EHS performance metrics, prepare reports, and manage EHS documentation.

Manage emergency preparedness and response plans, including drills and equipment maintenance.

Recommended Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related scientific/technical field.

5-7+ years of progressive EHS experience in a manufacturing environment.

In-depth knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other relevant federal, state, and local EHS regulations.

Proven experience developing, implementing, and managing EHS management systems (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001).

Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with a track record of driving EHS improvements.

Bonus Qualifications

Advanced EHS certifications (e.g., CSP, CIH, CHMM).

Experience integrating EHS programs within a Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement framework.

Proficiency with advanced EHS management software (EMIS) and data analytics tools.

Proven track record in developing and delivering engaging EHS training programs for diverse audiences.
