Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) – Aesthetics & Wellness (Part-Time)

We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join a high-touch, aesthetics and wellness startup in the Inverness/Citrus County area. This is an opportunity to become an integral part of a growing practice committed to concierge-level care, innovation, and expansion.

Location: Patients may come from Inverness, Brooksville, Citrus Hills, Lecanto, Spring Hill, Ocala, The Villages, Homosassa, Beverly Hills, Hernando, and Dunnellon.

Schedule: Part-Time – 3 days per week (flexible depending on mutual availability and patient load)

Compensation:

$40-$60/hour, based on experience

Profit Sharing Bonus: 1.5% About the Role:

The APRN will deliver advanced aesthetic and wellness services including Botox, dermal fillers, IV vitamin infusions, and weight loss consultations. You’ll help shape a patient-centered experience while practicing autonomy within a supportive, collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct consultations and develop tailored aesthetic and wellness treatment plans

Administer neuromodulators (e.g., Botox) and dermal fillers safely and expertly

Perform good faith exams and wellness screenings

Lead patient education and post-care follow-ups

Ensure accurate, compliant, and timely documentation in EMRs

Uphold safety, cleanliness, and infection control protocols

Collaborate in marketing efforts and contribute to the practice’s growth Requirements:

Active Florida APRN license in good standing

Minimum 2 years of experience in both aesthetics (injectables) and ER/acute care

Certification in Botox and dermal fillers from a reputable program

Current BLS/CPR & ACLS certification

Confidence managing emergencies and running a code

Strong clinical judgment, warmth, and polished communication
