The Fordy Group is currently working with a $1B+ revenue industrial construction group that is looking to appoint a Project Manager – Rigging to support their continued growth in Raleigh, North Carolina.

This organization delivers large-scale industrial and plant-based projects across manufacturing, power, and heavy industrial sectors. Backed by a publicly traded parent company, they offer long-term stability, strong financial backing, and a healthy secured backlog.

The Role

You will oversee complex rigging and heavy lift scopes within multi-discipline industrial projects, supporting delivery from preconstruction through completion. This role will work closely with field leadership and project teams to ensure safe, efficient execution of critical lifting operations and rigging activities across major industrial sites.

This is a high-impact project leadership role with responsibility for project coordination, commercial performance, and alignment with field operations.

Key Requirements

Strong background in industrial rigging, heavy lift planning, or crane operations

Experience managing rigging scopes on large-scale industrial or plant projects

Ability to coordinate lift planning, equipment logistics, and field execution

Solid understanding of project delivery, scheduling, and commercial management
