Specify Pressure, Temperature, Flow, Level Instruments. Perform sizing and type of Control Valve, Relief valve, diverter valve, rotary valve. Hoppers, Silos, Compressors and Blowers instrumentation & documentation review. Design of Electrical singles Lines (SLD) for projects with AutoCAD Electrical Design Software. Review control panel drawings and compliance of industrial code and area classification. Design control architectures based on the concept of Industry 4.0 using advanced hardware & Software, PLC, HMI, SCADA connected to industrial networks based on Profibus, Profinet, Hart, Modbus protocols oriented to IIoT use that allows industrial data management in real time. Mechanical Process Connection evaluation for equipment and instrumentation. Evaluate project specification requirement and process and develop technical requisition, cost & schedule estimate, provide technical assistance to update P&IDs for process & control improvements and to reduce costs. Perform Factory acceptance and site acceptance Test and participate in HAZOP.
1 year of relevant experience working with Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), Human Machine Interface (HMI), Variable Frequency Drive (VFD), Industrial Communication Protocols (Switches & Networks), AutoCAD Electrical Design Software.
