Software Application Support Engineer

As a software application support engineer, you'll play a key role in maintaining and improving the solutions we deliver. From incident resolution to feature delivery, you'll work closely with clients, architects and service teams to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll be the link between our technology and our long-term customer relationships.

What you'll do

Resolve complex technical issues (level 2 and 3 support)

Troubleshoot across a wide variety of systems: backend, frontend, mobile and cloud

Dive into unfamiliar codebases and figure things out quickly

Set up and improve monitoring and alerting systems

Document fixes, systems, and processes in a clear and practical way

Support continuous improvement of our support model and tooling

Help clients make the right decisions through your technical insight and communication

What we're looking for

3+ years of experience as a developer or support engineer

Comfortable working across different tech stacks and frameworks

Proactive and adaptable when facing unfamiliar tools or code

Confident in debugging and supporting systems you didn't build

Eager to learn quickly and pick up new technical skills

Experience or interest in automated infrastructure (e.g. Terraform)

A customer-first mindset and strong communication skills
