Sales Development Representative (SDR)
We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our growth by setting high quality meetings resulting in new patients with medical providers, clinics, and organizations. This role is focused on outbound activity, call volume, and meeting setting.

What You’ll Do:
Conduct high volume outbound outreach to:
Medical offices and specialty clinics
Healthcare organizations and care teams
Employers and organizations interested in wellness partnerships
Book qualified meetings between prospects and No Diet Dietitian’s internal experts (Registered Dietitians and leadership).
Use phone, email, LinkedIn, and follow up sequences to generate consistent meeting volume.
Clearly explain who we are, what we offer, and why a conversation is valuable.
Accurately log all outreach activity, touches, and meetings in HubSpot.
Follow established scripts, sequences, and messaging — and help refine them over time.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity and meeting set targets.
Collaborate with marketing and operations to continuously improve outreach effectiveness.
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of experience in: Sales development, Appointment setting, Outbound sales, Lead generation Call center or high volume outreach roles
Comfortable with phone heavy outreach and consistent follow up.
Organized, coachable, and metrics driven.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience using a CRM (HubSpot preferred, Salesforce or similar acceptable).
Experience in healthcare and/or wellness preferred
