Entry Level Account Representative

Location: Wethersfield, CT

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:30am to 6:30pm

We are seeking an Entry Level Account Representative to join our growing team. This position is designed for recent graduates and early career professionals looking to build experience in client relations, sales strategy, and account development.

This is a full time, on site role with structured training and clear advancement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and build relationships with new and existing client accounts

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries

Identify opportunities to expand services within assigned accounts

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction

Track performance metrics and contribute to growth initiatives

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Organized and detail oriented

Goal driven and comfortable working in a performance based environment

Ability to work full time
