Job Description
Citrix Infrastructure & Performance SME with deep expertise in diagnosing and resolving complex issues including session disconnects, forced logouts, concurrent session conflicts, long login times, printer mapping failures, and profile corruption across multi-site Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops environments.
Root Cause Analysis Leader skilled in isolating infrastructure, network, profile management (FSLogix / UPM), GPO, authentication, and load balancing issues through log analysis, Director/Monitor insights, NetScaler review, and end-to-end session flow tracing to identify true failure points.
Architecture & Configuration Assessor experienced in evaluating Citrix delivery controllers, StoreFront, VDA configuration, profile management design, printer policies, session reliability settings, and resource allocation to uncover structural and operational weaknesses impacting stability and user experience.
Cross-Stack Troubleshooter able to distinguish and remediate infrastructure, software, network latency, Active Directory, DNS, storage IOPS, and process-driven issues, delivering actionable remediation roadmaps to improve session stability, login performance, and workforce productivity.
