We are currently searching for one full-time Commercial Maintenance Technician to join our team as part of the Maintenance Service Division.

Rate: $22-28/hour depending on experience.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30AM to 4:00 PM.

Role and Responsibilities:Commercial maintenance in office buildings.Preventative maintenance.Grounds maintenance.Light electrical, plumbing, HVAC troubleshooting.Customer service.Rotating On-Call.May be eligible for an on-call bonus!Prior residential maintenance experience is preferred.Valid PA Drivers License and reliable transportation.High School Diploma/GED.Must be able to pass background check to work in government occupied spaces.
