Bakery Customer Service Associate

Front of House Bakery Job – Frederick, MD Part-Time

Twin Bears Bakery is hiring a Bakery Customer Service Associate to help serve customers, support bakery operations and assist with farmers market sales. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people and being part of a small artisan bakery team.

What You’ll Do:

Assist customers with bakery purchases and provide friendly service

Prepare simple food items and assist with bakery prep

Set up and break down farmers market booths

Stock products and maintain clean work areas

Support delivery operations when needed

What We’re Looking For:

Entry-level food service or customer service experience preferred

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to work early mornings and weekends

Clean driving record and ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Pay & Perks:
