Now Hiring for Machine Operators in Berlin, NJ

We are now hiring for 5+ machine operator roles for a premier company in Berlin, NJ.

Shift/Pay:

7AM to 7PM OR 7PM to 7AM

Must be open to both shifts

$20.50/hr

Responsibilities

Operate packaging equipment safely and efficiently.

Conduct quality control inspections to maintain product standards.

Troubleshoot and solve problems that arise during operations.

Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth production.

Essential Skills

Experience in manufacturing or production environments.

Strong work ethic and demonstrated tenure in previous roles.

Ability to work with heavy machinery and moving mechanical parts.

Familiarity with warehouse operations and general labor tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in roles such as production helper or warehouse jobs.

Experience in construction may be beneficial.

Understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards.

Work Environment

This position is set in an industrial manufacturing environment. You will frequently work around heavy machinery with moving parts, industrial ovens, and mobile equipment. The workplace is not climate-controlled, so you must be prepared to work in hot, humid, or cold conditions. Surfaces can be wet, dusty, and uneven, and there may be high noise levels, vibrations, and fumes. The role requires wearing personal protective equipment such as steel-toed shoes, ear protection, eye protection, gloves, and head protection. The work schedule follows a 28-day cycle with rotating shifts from days to nights, providing a total of 14 working days per month.Job Type & Location
