As a Program Manager at Google, you'll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish - working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company.

It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

In this role, you will be a critical member of the global distribution center (GDC) supply chain team, responsible for ensuring the optimal balance of supply and demand to achieve service level, inventory, and cost objectives.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $189,000-$274,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Responsibilities * Develop time-phased supply plans and inventory strategies for hardware demand while managing manufacturing capacity and issues.

* Drive the process to reconcile demand forecasts with supply capabilities through cross-functional collaboration.

* Manage the purchase order life-cycle and resolve execution risks such as component shortages or production delays.

* Coordinate material ramp-ups and transitions for new product introductions to ensure seamless moves from pilot to mass production.

* Optimize supply chain performance by tracking key KPIs and leading continuous improvement projects to enhance automation and security.
