Breads and Beyond Bakery is looking for a dependable Bakery Prep Associate to help prepare ingredients and mix doughs in our scratch bakery kitchen. This role is perfect for someone interested in developing their baking skills in a supportive small-business environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare ingredients and assist with bakery production

• Mix doughs and batters using scratch recipes

• Support daily bakery prep and kitchen organization

• Maintain sanitation and food safety standards

• Work with the team to ensure smooth bakery operations

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years experience in bakery, pastry or kitchen prep

• Basic knowledge of baking techniques and food safety

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Ability to work afternoon shifts
