Planck Technology is seeking a motivated Industrial Engineer to join our growing team in Houston, Texas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and improving operational processes, increasing efficiency, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze current production and operational processes to identify improvement opportunities

Develop and implement efficient workflows and process optimization strategies

Conduct time studies, workflow analysis, and productivity assessments

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational performance

Implement process improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma

Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports for management

Support automation and operational efficiency initiatives

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field

1–3 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates may also apply)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or process improvement methods is a plus

Strong communication and teamwork abilities
