Our drivers play a critical role in keeping rail operations running efficiently by providing reliable transportation to and from trains, rail yards, and lodging facilities.
This position requires punctuality, flexibility, and strict adherence to safety standards and traffic laws.

Key Responsibilities:Safely operate company vehicles in compliance with federal, state, and local traffic lawsTransport railroad crews to designated destinations on timeProvide professional and courteous customer serviceConduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspectionsReport mechanical issues or vehicle concerns to the Branch ManagerMaintain strict confidentiality regarding company and customer informationFollow all company safety policies and operational proceduresComplete additional duties as assigned by management Minimum Qualifications:Valid state-issued driver’s licenseMinimum 3 years of verifiable driving experienceClean driving record meeting insurance requirementsAbility to pass pre-employment drug screeningAbility to pass background checkAbility to pass a 3-year Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) reviewAbility to complete and pass a driving performance testAbility to read, write, and communicate in EnglishAbility to operate GPS and electronic timekeeping systemsMust be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation Physical Requirements:Ability to lift or pull up to 15 poundsAbility to enter and exit vehicle repeatedlyAbility to bend and inspect vehicle tires and undercarriageAbility to manually open and close vehicle doors and rear hatches Compliance & Ongoing Requirements:Drivers must meet and maintain all requirements set by the company, railroad customers, and insurance providers.Employees are responsible for reporting any moving violations immediately to their supervisor.Employment is contingent upon maintaining qualification standards at all times.
