Senior Oracle Developer

We have a midstream oil & gas customer looking for a Senior Developer, who can help build & support Oracle based integrations & workflows. This person needs to be looking to sit 5 days/week onsite in downtown Houston. They will be coding daily, troubleshooting live environments and work closely with business stakeholders. They need to have expertise in Oracle Suites including SOA, to support integrations, troubleshoot issues and design solutions, write and update code, and support live systems. They will be customer facing as well as working technically on the back end. They should be proficient in technical development on prem, with a focus in Oracle SOA and Java. This person should be seeking a salary range of 140-145k depending upon experience and should have a minimum of 8-10 years experience.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years experience in SOA Suite JCA Adapters - AQ Adapter/FTPAdapter/FileAdapter/DBAdapter/Oracle Applications Adapter

5+ years experience in Oracle Service Bus (OSB) development - Proxy/Business/Pipeline/Transformations/Securing Proxies

Experience in development of SOA Composites using BPEL orchestration and activities

Experience with XML/JSON Schemas/XQuery/XSLT

Experience in development of both SOAP & REST based WebServices

5 years of development experience using Java, JEE

Experience with Oracle Weblogic/Fusion Middleware administration, performance tuning and troubleshooting

System administration experience with building and maintaining environments on Linux

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Bachelors of Science degree, if not, 10 years of related industry or technical experience.

Experience in development of BPMN Workflows involving Human Tasks

Experience with Oracle Enterprise Scheduler

Experience with React

Familiarity with LDAP Provider such as Active Directory or Oracle Internet Directory

Experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban)

Experience with Azure CI/CD pipelines
