About the role:

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in CPM scheduling, advanced project controls, and collaborative planning practices, along with the ability to communicate schedule impacts clearly to executive leadership and field teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development, integration, and maintenance of comprehensive CPM schedules using Primavera P6 and other industry-standard tools.

Establish and manage schedule baselines; perform updates, variance analysis, and forecasting.

Drive schedule governance and critical/near-critical path analysis.

Conduct delay analysis, Time Impact Analysis (TIA), and schedule risk assessments.

Collaborate with project executives, project managers, trade partners, and technical teams to define sequencing, logic ties, and durations.

Coordinate schedule integration across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and startup teams.

Evaluate schedule impacts related to RFIs, submittals, change orders, and field modifications.

Prepare and deliver executive-level progress reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.

Facilitate Lean scheduling sessions including Pull Planning, Look-Ahead Planning, and Last Planner Systemâ„¢ activities.

Support cost-loaded and resource-loaded schedule development where required.

Integrate schedule data with BIM/VDC processes and 3D/4D models when applicable.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Project Management, Data Analytics, or related field.

Minimum 5+ years of scheduling experience on large, complex construction or industrial projects.

Expert-level proficiency in Primavera P6 (required).

Experience with MS Project, Procore, and Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel required).

Strong knowledge of:

Critical Path Method (CPM)

Float management

Resource loading/leveling

Cost loading

Baseline development

Variance analysis & forecasting
