Primary Responsibilities
Engages members and guests in a respectful, polite manner and always addresses them by proper title
Handles all arrivals and departures of Members and Guests
Makes sure overnight guests get their luggage properly tagged and, in their rooms,
Valets cars to and from the Member/Overnight parking lot
In charge of stocking/icing/locking coolers around the golf course
Makes the bag tags/luggage tags/check in cards for all members and guests
Maintains a professional, first-class level of service for members and guests
Make sure members and guests are treated properly and attends to their needs
Reminds members and guests of club policy and procedure, as needed
Represents the club in a professional manner on and off club property
Creates a positive work example for the golf operations team and an enjoyable, respectful work environment
Upholds all club policies and procedures
Maintains open communication among all club departments in a professional manner
Other duties as assigned
Minimum
High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) as a minimum. Students currently enrolled in High School who are working part time while attending school are an exception.
Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proven experience in customer service or hospitality roles is preferred.
