The Role:
The Unit Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance and managing a team of sales representatives. This role involves developing sales strategies, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring that sales targets are met.
Candidate have to recruit agents team under them & they have to develop a business threw team members.
As per monthly report regarding candidate’s work & team work company will give them incentives other then salary.
Lead will not provided by company.
Candidate must have to build up his own team base on his network.

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of Market knowledge and soft skills to effectively lead the sales team and drive results.
