We are an international platform that connects brands with content creators to execute results-based advertising campaigns. We operate with remote teams in different countries and we are growing.
We currently already have an active recruitment and onboarding team.
We are looking for a person to help us improve, optimize, and strengthen our internal processes.
What are we looking for?
A person with experience in recruitment or talent management who can:
Observe our current processes
Identify opportunities for improvement
Propose practical and applicable adjustments
Design activation dynamics for the team
Create simple strategies to improve retention
Support with reports and metric analysis (conversion, retention, performance)
Important:
You will not be performing constant mass recruitment or managing large operational volumes.
The recruitment team already exists. Your role will be more strategic and continuous improvement focused.
Ideal Profile:
We are looking for someone who:
Has at least 1 year of experience in recruitment, HR, or talent management
Has worked with commercial or remote teams (desirable)
Is organized and results-oriented
Has analytical thinking
Enjoys identifying problems and proposing solutions
Is proactive and practical
We are not looking for a senior corporate or highly academic profile.
We are looking for someone resourceful, with judgment, and focused on continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
Analyze the current recruitment flow
Evaluate the candidate experience during onboarding
Propose motivation and activation dynamics
Design small strategies to increase retention of candidates and active personnel
Prepare simple reports of key metrics
