Hiring: Machine Learning Engineer

Bangalore (Onsite – 5 Days)

Permanent Role

We’re looking for a hands-on ML Engineer with strong experience training and fine-tuning open-source LLMs — not just using APIs.

5–10+ years in Applied ML

Deep experience with open-source LLMs (LLaMA, Mistral, Falcon, etc.)

Strong Python & PyTorch expertise

Hands-on with fine-tuning (LoRA, SFT, adapters) & model evaluation

Experience building models for AI evaluation, testing, scoring & analysis

You will own the full model lifecycle — data prep, training, benchmarking, iteration — and help build state-of-the-art models for AI evaluation platforms.

This is a core technical role requiring strong experimentation mindset and systems thinking.
