Sales Development Representative

Job Description

ZSG is a leading executive search firm serving the construction and manufacturing industries. Due to a record year of growth, we’re expanding our team in Columbus and looking for driven individuals interested in a career in sales and recruiting. No previous recruiting experience required.

This role is ideal for recent graduates or sales professionals who want a fast-paced, high-income career with clear advancement opportunities.

Compensation

Base salary + bonuses + uncapped commission

Year 1: $60K–$90K

Year 2: $100K+

Year 3 average: $245K

What You’ll Do

Prospect and connect with leaders in the manufacturing and construction industries

Sell ZSG’s executive search services through cold calling, email, and networking

Learn the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing

Develop recruiting skills and transition into an Executive Recruiter role (typically within 1–3 months)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Interest in sales, recruiting, or business development

Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and Word
