Job Description Come join the Home2/TRU Grove City Maintenance Team Hotel Maintenance Technician--Tools Provided--One Location Full-Time Columbus, OHPay: $19-$22/hour depending on experiencePosition Overview The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the hotel’s building systems, guest rooms, and grounds to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for guests and team members.Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance on guest rooms and public areas Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems Complete daily work orders and service requests Maintain hotel equipment including boilers, water heaters, and pumps Assist with painting, carpentry, drywall, and general repairs Maintain pool equipment and water testing (if applicable) Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards Support emergency repairs as neededQualifications 1–2 years maintenance experience (hotel, apartment, facilities, or construction) Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems Ability to troubleshoot and perform general repairs Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders EPA or HVAC certification preferred but not requiredWhat We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Full-time stable schedule Health, dental, vision insurance 401k Hotel travel discounts Compensation details: 19-22 Yearly Salary PIa055e22364cc-
