As we continue to grow, we're looking for energetic and experienced Office Manager to lead our teams with passion, purpose, and positivity.

We are seeking to fill for our following offices: Blakeney Pediatric Dentistry, Tega Cay Pediatric Dentistry, and Doby's Bridge Pediatric Dentistry.

What You'll Do As an Office Manager, you'll be the operational heartbeat of a single pediatric dental office.

You'll oversee daily activities, inspire and guide a team of 10–15, and ensure we consistently deliver excellent patient experiences.

This leadership role blends team management, financial oversight, operational excellence, and compliance with a smile.

Location: Doby's Bridge Pediatric Dentistry Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & DevelopmentLead and coach a high-performing, patient-focused team.Drive team meetings, performance reviews, and goal setting.Create a positive culture of accountability and professional growth.Manage daily schedules and ensure optimal staffing.

Patient Experience & ServiceChampion exceptional customer service and reduce wait times.Resolve patient concerns with empathy and efficiency.Boost patient retention and referrals with proactive systems.Manage appointment scheduling through NexHealth.

Office & Financial ManagementKeep daily operations running like clockwork.Monitor budgets, spending, and financial reports.Ensure accurate billing and collections (Curve Dental, Cloud 9, Global Payments).Partner with the Regional Manager to meet financial goals.

Compliance & SafetyUphold HIPAA, OSHA, and dental industry standards.Ensure infection control and safety protocols are followed.Keep all office documentation and procedures current.

Tech-Forward OperationsUse Monday.com to track performance and initiatives.Leverage Google Workspace for documentation and communication.Manage staff scheduling through When I Work and payroll via Paycor.
