Lead Developer / Architect (Process Intelligence)

This is a potentially long term position with a client that is a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services with over 300,000 team members in nearly 50 countries. The end client is in the Energy sector.

We are seeking a lead developer to <\/span span>design and oversee the data pipeline architecture that feeds the <\/span span>Process Mining (Celonis)<\/span span b> platform. This lead will bridge the gap between raw backend data (ERP\/CRM) and actionable visual insights that improve business workflows span span span>

Key Responsibilities<\/span span span u>

Data Architecture & ETL span span span b> Design and implement robust ETL\/ELT pipelines to extract data from source systems (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce) into the Celonis Intelligent Business Cloud (IBC) span span span>

<\/span span span li>

Process Modeling span span span b> Utilize <\/span span>PQL (Process Query Language)<\/span span b>â which is Celonisâ s version of SQLâ to build complex process models and analytical dashboards span span span>

<\/span span li>

Strategic Leadership span span span b> Act as the primary technical point of contact in Columbus, advising stakeholders on how to translate business "pain points" into technical data requirements span span span>

<\/span span li>

Performance Tuning span span span b> Optimize large\-scale data transformations to ensure real\-time or near\-real\-time visibility into process bottlenecks span span span>

Strong SQL & ETL experience \- Python, Snowflake, PySpark<\/span>

Experience with ERP data (SAP is the gold standard here â and\/or Oracle, SFDC, ServiceNow)<\/span>

Stakeholder management; ability to explain "The Why span span>
