The Role:

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.

Document customer interactions and feedback.

Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.

Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers.

Team Structure: You will work closely with a team of customer support professionals and report to the Customer Support Manager.

Ideal Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical and soft skills to excel in this role.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience in customer service or support roles.

Technical skills: CRM software, Microsoft Office.

Soft skills: Communication, Problem Solving, Empathy.
