Are you a Yoga Instructor ready to help build something new from the ground up? Solterra Wellness Club is opening in Polaris in early 2026, and were hiring founding instructors to deliver elevated, accessible yoga experiencesand help shape the culture of a boutique wellness destination where movement feels inspiring, personal, and transformative.

Compensation & Incentives

Per-Class Pay: (based on experience & certifications)

Teach engaging private and group yoga classes with clear, confident instruction and thoughtful sequencing.

Deliver exceptional client experiences rooted in safety, alignment, breath, and appropriate modifications for all levels.

Create a welcoming studio environment that supports consistency, community, and member retention.

Collaborate with the Solterra team on workshops, special events, pop-ups, and community offerings.

Represent Solterra Wellness Clubs values as a professional, reliable wellness ambassador.Qualifications

Yoga certification (e.g., RYT 200+ or equivalent training).

Strong coaching and communication skills (clear cueing, presence, and professionalism).

Experience teaching a range of clients and class formats.

Passion for community, wellness, and continuous learning.

CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain prior to opening).Preferred (not required):

Experience with heated yoga, mobility-focused flows, yin/restore, power vinyasa, or specialty formats.

Comfort teaching to music and coaching mixed-level rooms.Schedule & Start

Availability for early mornings, evenings, and weekends is strongly preferred.

Onboarding and launch preparation will begin prior to opening.
