Job Description: Design, Develop, and test customer features for SN Applications.

Collaborate with business analysts and other technical teams to gather and implement requirements.

Perform maintenance activities, including patching, upgrading, and configuring SN instances.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation using SN.

Stay up to date with the latest technologies and best practices Requirements: Problem solving and analytical skills

Communication and collaboration skills

0-3 years in SN Dev (or general development roles)

Proficiency in JavaScript, Angular, or other scripting languages

Experience with integrations using REST, SOAP, or other protocols Desired, but not required:

Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices

Knowledge of ITIL Frameworks

Agile Methodology

SN Certified System Admin, App Dev, or Implementation Specialist Certs
