MACHINE OPERATOR DETAILS AND COMPENSATION:

Location: Cockeysville Maryland 21031 â 100% on-site

Payrate: $17.85/hr

Required Availability: Full-Time Monday â Friday, 10:00 PM â 6:30 AM

MACHINE OPERATOR SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:

The Machine Operator will perform essential production tasks such as filling, packing, and inspecting products while ensuring all activities comply with FDA, GMP, and ISO9000 standards. Working under general supervision on the third shift, this role is responsible for maintaining accurate documentation and collaborating with a team to meet quality and output goals.

This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs

Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance

A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

MACHINE OPERATOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Production Operations: Perform routine functions including filling, utility operations, packing, assembling, labeling, and inspecting products.

Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate records and logs in accordance with FDA, GMP, and ISO9000

Quality Control: Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure all products meet prescribed specifications.

Team Collaboration: Work effectively in a team setting to meet production goals and support a positive work environment.

Skill Development: Apply basic knowledge to complete routine tasks and develop skills within specific process areas.

MACHINE OPERATOR REQUIREMENTS:

Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)

Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.

1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

Ability to read, write, and comprehend English-language specifications.

Proficiency in basic mathematical calculations.

Effective communication skills for interacting with co-workers and supervisors.
