As a Volunteer Program Coordinator, you will manage the everyday operations of LifeWise programs while serving as the primary contact for the host site and the school. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the community!

Active involvement in a local church that aligns with LifeWise Academy's beliefs
Demonstrated leadership experience in professional or volunteer settings
Job Description
Help the Area Director with recruiting and onboarding staff and volunteers
In CityWide programs, fulfill Lead Teacher duties alongside Site Coordinator responsibilities, unless noted otherwise
Schedule staff and volunteer shifts
Manage daily operations and scheduling in collaboration with the school
Coordinate the program's presence at school events
Develop lesson schedules and ensure teachers receive lesson plans
Set up LifeWise signage and decor, ensuring a safe and secure site
Arrange for student transportation with the Area Director
Organize appreciation events for school contacts
Support the Area Director in creating the program budget
Engage actively in fundraising initiatives for the program
Purchase necessary materials for the program using an expense card
Forward donations to the Area Director for processing
