We are seeking an experienced IT Auditor who is adept at executing all parts of the audit lifecycle, including planning, fieldwork, and reporting. This role is crucial for ensuring our systems meet regulatory, security, and operational standards. About The Position

Plan, execute, and report on audits of IT systems, applications, infrastructure, and processes to evaluate internal controls and compliance.

Assess the design and operational effectiveness of various controls such as access and configuration management.

Ensure audit documentation aligns with frameworks like NIST 800-53, HIPAA, CMMC, and FedRAMP.

Identify risks and control deficiencies, providing actionable improvement suggestions.

Collaborate with IT operations and business stakeholders to communicate results and support resolutions.

Stay updated on technological risks, threats, and compliance requirements to adapt audit plans.

Contribute to enhancing audit methodology and using GRC tools effectively to improve processes.

Minimum Requirements:

Eligibility for a NACLC DoD Security Clearance.

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

4-6 years of IT audit experience in regulated environments.

Active Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) credential.

Hands-on experience with enterprise GRC platforms like Onspring, RSA Archer, or ServiceNow GRC.

Strong knowledge of NIST frameworks and federal compliance programs.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Requirements:

Experience in federal or healthcare environments.

Understanding of secure system development and cloud security controls.

Exposure to audit automation or data analytics tools.

Work must be completed within the continental U.S., Alaska, or Hawaii.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm CST

Compensation Range: $90,000-$98,300 annually
