You Are:

An SAP IS-Utilities techno-functional expert specializing in SAP FICA and Billing solutions, ready to lead program delivery and support teams for diverse, large-scale clients across multiple regions.

The Work:

Develop and support innovative SAP ERP/IS-U technology solutions that enhance clients' finance operations.

Engage in global work streams with deep SAP knowledge, specifically within Finance (FICO/FICA) and Billing contexts.

Guide teams in the design, setup, testing, and deployment of both prototype and production Finance solutions, ensuring seamless integration.

Collaborate with project leaders and client stakeholders to generate outstanding Finance offerings based on SAP technology.

Help project teams understand client requirements and transform these into effective SAP applications.

Diagnose, resolve, and validate issues in the SAP IS-U application, leveraging expertise in FICA and Billing.

Assist throughout all project lifecycle phases: requirements, design, build, testing, deployment, training, and ongoing support.

Analyze integration needs and technical requirements effectively.

Oversee testing cycles and manage cutover activities, preparing for go-live and post-implementation support.

Provide ongoing support to business users to ensure achievement of operational goals using the system.

Lead performance testing and training to maximize system effectiveness.

Note: Travel may be required for this role, with amounts ranging from 0% to 100% based on client needs.

Here's What You Need:

A minimum of 3 years' experience implementing and maintaining SAP IS-U, with a focus on FICA and Billing.

Proficiency in SAP FICA including Dunning Processes, Credit & Collections, Payments, Installment Plans, Deferrals, FICA integrations, and month/quarter/year-end closings.

In-depth understanding of SAP Billing processes, including Billing, Invoicing, and Rate management.

A minimum of 3 years' experience working within the Utilities Industry.

Previous tenure at a Consulting or Advisory firm is preferred.

A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (12 years), or an Associate Degree with 6 years of relevant work experience.
