Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Façade Project Manager with in-depth, hands-on knowledge of curtain wall, window wall, rainscreen systems, metal panels, and other façade assemblies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of façade execution—from shop drawings review through close-out—on both commercial and residential projects.
This role requires strong field experience, excellent technical problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively manage the subcontractors and coordinate with GC. The Project Manager will ensure that all façade work is delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety, quality, and performance standards.
Responsibilities:
• Review shop drawings, submittals, and material samples for compliance.
• Coordinate between architects, engineers, GC, facade consultants, and subcontractors.
• Be able to work on site to manage and oversee field installation, coordinate and schedule façade crews and equipment.
• Prepare installation means and methods and oversee the site activities to comply with it.
• On site Logistics and Materials Handling
• Strong understanding of construction processes with proven ability to spot issues early, forecast potential problems, and recommend practical solutions.
• Conduct regular project reporting and risk assessments.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and meet safety and quality standards.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience.
• 5 ~ 8+ years of experience managing facade or building envelope systems.
• Strong understanding of curtain wall, window wall, rainscreen, metal panels, and related systems.
• Self driven, effective communicator, and flexible with extended hours when required by project schedules.
• Project management and leadership skills
• Active driver’s license

Compensation: $80,000 – $120,0000/year + performance bonus
