You are a passionate marketing technology consultant eager to make a difference in the Life Sciences industry. With hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, you are enthusiastic about expanding your expertise in regulated environments. You are aware of the crucial role compliant content workflows, omnichannel orchestration, and swift market delivery play in sectors like pharma, biotech, and medtech.
In this role, you will:
Support functional delivery across Adobe Experience Cloud solutions including:
Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for compliant content management
Adobe Real-Time CDP for audience segmentation
Adobe Target for personalized engagement
Adobe Campaign for multi-channel outreach
Adobe Analytics for performance insights
Adobe Workfront for regulated content operations
Assist in translating Life Sciences business requirements into user stories and functional documentation
Participate in discovery workshops and solution design sessions with a focus on compliance
Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA teams to ensure alignment with compliance and business objectives
Contribute to backlog grooming, sprint planning, and testing activities
Support content supply chain transformation by optimizing planning, production, and approval workflows
Stay informed about Adobe platform capabilities, GenAI trends, and Life Sciences digital marketing regulations
Help prepare training materials and change management assets tailored for regulated teams
To succeed, you should have:
A minimum of 2 years in marketing technology or digital experience platforms with familiarity in at least two Adobe Experience Cloud products
2+ years of experience in managing digital marketing workflows and content lifecycle within the Life Sciences sector, including MLR review processes and tools like Veeva Vault
Bonus points if:
You have prior experience supporting Adobe platform implementations in pharma, biotech, or medtech
You understand consent management, data privacy, and compliance frameworks
You hold Adobe certifications relevant to this area
You have worked with GenAI tools in regulated environments
You have integrated Adobe with CRM or engagement platforms
You have experience in global content localization or modular content strategies
You are comfortable working in agile or hybrid settings
You possess strong communication and collaboration skills
You hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
