Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and configuration of applications, serving as the main point of contact.

Act as a subject matter expert, guiding and managing your team for optimal performance.

Facilitate key decisions across multiple teams, taking responsibility for team outcomes.

Provide innovative solutions to challenges within your team and across other groups.

Encourage a collaborative and creative environment that enhances problem-solving.

Mentor team members to foster their professional growth and skill enhancement.

Continuously assess and enhance application performance and the user experience.

Establish and implement best practices for application design and configuration.

Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.

Preferred Location: DMV area with some onsite presence required.

Basic Qualifications:

At least 4 years of work experience.

A minimum of 3 years of experience with Adobe Experience Platform.

A minimum of 2 years of experience with Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform.

High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Associate's Degree.

Certification in at least one Adobe Experience product (such as Adobe Experience Platform, Real-Time CDP, or Journey Optimizer).

Proficiency in SQL, Python, or a similar coding language.

Experience with implementing Adobe Real-Time CDP or Adobe Target.

Compensation at Accenture is competitive and varies based on location, role, skills, and experience. The expected hourly salary range is $55 - $65.
