About the Opportunity
A well-established law firm is seeking a management-side Labor & Employment Associate to join its
Denver office. This role involves a balanced mix of employment litigation and advisory work for
employers. The position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated matters including
discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage & hour cases.
Core Responsibilities
Manage a diverse caseload of employment litigation matters including discrimination, harassment,
retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage & hour disputes
Handle discovery processes including drafting and responding to discovery requests and
conducting depositions Draft pleadings, motions, and legal briefs
Prepare for hearings and represent clients before courts and administrative agencies such as the
EEOC
Advise employers on federal, state, and local employment law compliance
Draft employment policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
Provide strategic employment law counsel to business clients
Required Qualifications
3–5 years of labor and employment law experience
Experience representing employers (management-side experience preferred)
Strong litigation background including drafting pleadings and motions
Experience handling discovery and depositions
Active Colorado bar admission
