Formsetters/Finishers/Laborers

Available Roles

1. Concrete Finishers

• The Job: Mastering the final look. You’ll be responsible for screeding, floating, and troweling to achieve specified finishes (broom, sweat, or polished).

• Requirements: 3+ years of finishing experience. Must be proficient with power trowels and hand tools. Ability to work "in the mud" under tight timelines.

2. Formsetters

• The Job: Setting the foundation. You’ll be responsible for layout, driving stakes, and bracing wood or metal forms to ensure the pour stays exactly where it belongs.

• Requirements: Experience with string lines, levels, and blueprints. Knowledge of subgrade prep and rebar tiedown is a must.

3. Concrete Laborers

• The Job: The engine of the crew. You’ll be hauling materials, stripping forms, cleaning tools, and assisting the setters and finishers.

• Requirements: No experience required, but a "can-do" attitude is non-negotiable. Must be able to lift 75+ lbs and thrive in the Arizona heat.

• Transportation: Valid driver’s license and a reliable way to get to the yard or job site.
