About the RoleThis position is for a Hotel Auditor assigned to a client, focused exclusively on evaluating hotel operations and guest experience . The role involves conducting anonymous (undercover) hotel inspections, assessing service quality, cleanliness, and compliance with established standards, and submitting detailed evaluation reports.This is an Independent Contractor position, hired through XML International and assigned to a client .
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct undercover visits to assigned hotels, acting as a regular guest.Evaluate and document key aspects of the hotel experience, including:Guest service quality and professionalismCleanliness and overall condition of hotel facilitiesAmbiance and general presentation of the propertyStaff behavior, responsiveness, and knowledgeCompliance with brand standards, safety, and operational protocolsAccurately complete detailed inspection reports based on the visit.Submit evaluations within defined timelines.Follow all assignment-specific instructions and confidentiality requirements.Maintain objectivity and professionalism during all inspections.Work independently while adhering to established guidelines.
QualificationsStrong observational, analytical, and written communication skills.High attention to detail and ability to remain objective.Comfortable working independently with a flexible schedule.Ability to follow detailed inspection guidelines and protocols.Previous experience in hospitality, hotel operations, quality inspections, or auditing is a plus.Reliable transportation.Access to a smartphone and/or camera for documentation.Willingness to travel locally for hotel inspections.

CompensationSalary: EUR 200 per auditPayment is made monthly .Any additional expenses related to travel, transportation, or hotel inspection requirements are reimbursable separately from the salary, according to project guidelines.

Workload & Hours StructureThis role operates on a project-based assignment model. Auditors are scheduled based on audit availability and geographic needs.On average, an auditor completes approximately four (4) hotel audits per week.Each audit is scheduled individually and coordinated in advance.There are no fixed daily working hours; audits are performed according to hotel availability and project requirements.The number of audits may vary slightly from week to week depending on project demand, location, and seasonality.
