Key Responsibilities:

Utilize complex datasets to solve challenging problems through analytical and statistical techniques.

Leverage your technical expertise in quantitative analysis, experimentation, and data mining to shape effective product strategies.

Establish success metrics and monitor key indicators to evaluate performance and progress.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define and execute strategic product initiatives and investments.

Develop and communicate a forward-looking vision and strategy for various programs and products.

Partner with executives to design and implement data platforms and analytical frameworks.

Effectively present insights and recommendations to various stakeholders.

Define success metrics, anticipate changes, and set team objectives.

Contribute to the creation of analytics roadmaps and coordinate efforts across teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

5+ years of experience with data querying languages (e.g., SQL), scripting languages (e.g., Python), or statistical/mathematical software (e.g., R, SAS, Matlab).

8+ years of experience leading analytics initiatives in individual contributor roles, effectively collaborating with Engineering and cross-functional partners to drive data-informed product planning and strategy.

A proven history of managing complex analytics projects across diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams, including Engineering, PM/TPM, Analytics, and Finance.

Experience in predictive modeling, machine learning, and experimentation/causal inference techniques.

Strong communication talents, capable of clearly and concisely conveying complex technical subjects.

Preferred Qualifications:

10+ years of experience engaging with leadership teams to present analytical results and influence strategic decisions.

Master's or Ph.D. in a quantitative field.

Bachelor's Degree in an analytical or scientific discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research).

10+ years of experience performing complex quantitative analysis in product analytics.

Compensation:

$210,000/year to $281,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits.
