Your Impact: In this role, you will concentrate on developing full stack software applications utilizing advanced GenAI technologies. Your key responsibilities will include:

Creating high-performance, thoroughly tested, and scalable clean code while incorporating GenAI-assisted development practices.

Collaboratively making architectural decisions and managing product deployment and performance in live environments.

Mentoring junior team members through code reviews and pair programming, while promoting the integration of GenAI tools within the development workflow.

Troubleshooting and overcoming technical challenges through innovative architecture design and technology selection.

Collaborating closely with the Product Owner to ensure roadmap alignment with existing architecture and to explore GenAI opportunities.

Setting engineering best practices and coding standards, considering GenAI aspects where appropriate.

Consistently seeking out novel solutions and questioning traditional methods, with an emphasis on GenAI-enabled approaches.

As a key member of McKinsey's Life Sciences Practice, you will help enhance analytics and data strategies for our clients, significantly contributing to our ongoing expansion in this global sector.

Your Qualifications: We seek candidates with the following qualifications:

An undergraduate or master's degree, or equivalent professional experience.

5+ years of full stack software development experience with technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, Java, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors, especially with big data.

A creative problem-solving mindset and a passion for collaborating in diverse environments.

Strong teamwork skills, adept at managing multiple projects in dynamic settings.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and experience with CI/CD tools.

Experience integrating software with GenAI resources and knowledge of cloud-native architectures.

Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

The estimated salary for this role in the U.S. ranges between $176,000 and $179,500, depending on experience and location.
