As a Workday Extend Integration Lead/Manager, you will play a critical role in designing, building, and supporting Workday Extend applications tailored to our clients' needs. Your responsibilities will include:
Designing, developing, and ensuring the functionality and performance of Workday Extend applications that meet client requirements from inception to deployment.
Leading client discovery and design sessions to expertly implement requirements using Workday cloud functionalities, particularly focusing on Workday Extend, integrations, and custom reporting across various functional areas such as Human Capital Management, Financial, Supply Chain, and Student.
Contributing to the Accenture Workday Extend Community of Practice to enhance our development and delivery methodologies on a global scale.
Facilitating internal and external vendor design sessions to keep the overall program on track with timelines and deliverables.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the deployment of Workday Extend applications aligns with client goals regarding usability and performance.

Requirements for this role:
Workday Extend Certification and Studio Certification.
At least 2 years of consulting experience in a Workday Extend developer role.
A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience with Workday Extend technologies including Model Level Components, PMD Scripting, Orchestrations, and EIB.
At least 2 years experience with US/global Workday implementations, preferably in Workday Extend/Cloud platforms.
2+ years of experience with web service technologies (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML) and programming languages (JavaScript, Java, or Python).
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (minimum of 6 years); 4 years with an Associate's degree.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience leading implementation teams, especially with Platform-as-a-Service or custom web applications.
Workday Orchestrate Certification.
Workday HCM or Finance core certification.
Proven experience as a designer or developer capable of delivering application development to production.
Knowledge of functional and technical aspects across the Workday platform.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills with proficiency in tools like Excel, Visio, MS Project, and PowerPoint.

For roles in California, the expected annual salary range is from $73,800 to $218,800. Salaries in other locations vary as follows:
Cleveland: $68,300 to $175,000
Colorado: $73,800 to $189,000
District of Columbia: $78,500 to $201,300
Illinois: $68,300 to $189,000
Maryland: $73,800 to $189,000
Massachusetts: $73,800 to $201,300
Minnesota: $73,800 to $189,000
New York: $68,300 to $218,800
New Jersey: $78,500 to $218,800
Washington: $80,200 to $201,300
