Job Title: Plater Operator

Location: Harrisburg, NC

Shifts: 7: 00 AM 7: 00 PM or 7: 00 PM 7: 00 AM (2-2-3 rotating schedule)

Pay: $19 - $20

About the Role:

Take your production skills to the next level! As a Plater Operator, you ll operate the Copper Plating Machine, ensure quality control, and prepare finished copper rods for shipping. If you re detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and thrive in a hands-on environment, this is the job for you.

What You Will Do:

Operate and maintain the Copper Plating Machine

Inspect and adjust machine settings to maintain quality standards

Prepare finished products by pointing, chamfering, and labeling

Maintain and troubleshoot equipment as needed

Conduct routine safety inspections

Accurately complete order paperwork

What You Bring:

1+ year of experience in a production environment

1+ year of forklift experience

Strong time management and multitasking skills

Self-motivated with a sense of urgency

Experience operating a forklift crane

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

This role involves exposure to moving machinery, extreme heat, airborne particles, and chemicals. You ll need to:

Move throughout the facility, including on uneven terrain

Lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
