Client Relations Specialist
This role combines the advantages of in-office and virtual work, requiring associates to be in the office 1 - 2 days a week. The Client Relations Specialist will play a pivotal role in enhancing the growth and retention of our existing accounts within the Labor & Trust team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and nurture relationships with internal teams and external clients to effectively address their needs and priorities.
Handle significant sales, claims, and benefit inquiries through thorough research and prompt resolutions.
Conduct engaging meetings with clients to share knowledge, promote services, and identify opportunities for growth and additional product sales; collaborate with internal partners to explore upselling initiatives.
Assist in responding to requests for proposal (RFP) in partnership with sales support.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to consistently exceed client expectations.
Utilize both internal and external reporting to provide insights and recommendations.
Act on behalf of strategic account associates as needed to address client inquiries.
Mentor and coach team members, serving as a subject matter expert in processes.
Undertake significant projects outside of the department, representing the interests of the department effectively.
Analyze competitive situations within assigned accounts, formulating proposals, and execution strategies for management.
Minimum Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
A sales license is required or must be obtained within 60 days of hire.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Familiarity with insurance products and services, specifically in labor and trust markets.
Excellent organizational skills for effective time management and multitasking.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills to resolve complex sales and claims issues.
The salary range for this position is $64,400 to $96,600, based on qualifications and experience. This role is available in Cleveland, OH, and Columbus, OH.
