Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Solution Architect for Client Engineering at IBM, you will be immersed in a cross-functional team that provides a unique co-creation experience aimed at fast-tracking client transformation. Your key responsibilities will include:

Lead Solution Development: Oversee all elements of integrated solution development, from identifying requirements to making technical decisions that impact business outcomes, ensuring solutions align with client needs and drive results.

Collaborate with Clients and Teams: Work in tandem with IBM and client teams to define and implement proofs of concept and Minimum Viable Solutions (MVS), leveraging contemporary skills alongside deep industry expertise to understand client business.

Develop Frameworks and Solutions: Create frameworks and integrated solutions that meet client business needs by utilizing Cloud, AI, Analytics, and Infrastructure skills.

Co-Create with Clients: Engage with clients to understand their business needs thoroughly and develop innovative solutions that facilitate their transformation.

Execute Proofs of Concept: Implement proofs of concept and MVS, collaborating closely with clients and IBM teams to validate solutions and achieve measurable business outcomes.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Experience with contemporary Cloud, AI, and Analytics technologies and their application in integrated solutions for business outcomes.

Deep industry expertise and insight into client business needs to create relevant solutions.

Proven background in leading all aspects of integrated solution development.

Collaborative experience working with technical teams on proofs of concept and MVS.

Proficiency in designing frameworks and integrated solutions leveraging Cloud, AI, Analytics, and Infrastructure skills.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends in Cloud, AI, and Analytics, utilizing them to drive innovative solutions.

Experience in sharing industry-specific insights to inform solution development and enhance client transformation.

Knowledge of agile methodologies and iterative solution development to adapt to changing client needs and emerging technologies.
