Description
We currently have an opening for a Operations Assistant to work in our Lewis Center, Ohio office. The Operations Assistant will assist the Project Management team, including but not limited to all aspects of their day, including project setup, employee time tracking, and scheduling.
Duties may include:
Establishing and updating schedules
Review weekly time records to ensure employee's time is accurately recorded and complete
Preparing/coordinating cost estimates for changes
Preparing change documentation
Maintaining contract documentation
Assembling contract closeout documents
Reviewing contract requirements
Monitoring project costs
Drafting contract administration correspondence
Assist in setting up jobs in all computer systems
Trains foreman and other supervisors on Project management software
Assists in obtaining all necessary project permits, licenses, variances and other land development processes including traffic control plans as applicable
Attend meetings and/or training as required
Responsible for completing and submitting daily and weekly reports
And other duties as assigned by Management
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Any combination of education and/or experience within the construction field that provides the required knowledge and abilities.
Excellent computer skills
Highly organized; great communication skills; professional and courteous
Experience using Procore is a PLUS!
