Senior Project Manager - ATS Implementation

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager - ATS Implementation to join their team! This position is located in Colombus, Ohio.

Duties:

Coordinate internal stakeholders across Talent Acquisition, HR, and technology teams

Manage the implementation timeline, deliverables, risks, and dependencies

Partner with iCIMS or implementation vendors during system configuration and deployment

Facilitate requirements gathering, testing, and user acceptance activities

Oversee implementation milestones through go-live and stabilization Desired Skills/Experience:

Strong Project Manager with experience leading enterprise system implementations

Experience managing HR technology or talent acquisition platform projects

Experience coordinating vendors and cross-functional stakeholders

Familiarity with ATS or career site implementations strongly preferred Benefits:

401K offered The approximate pay range for this position starting at $180,000 - $195,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
