We're seeking a Staff Accountant to support daily financial operations and ensure accurate, reliable reporting. This role plays a key part in maintaining data integrity, supporting cross-functional teams, and contributing to efficient month-end and year-end processes.

Key Responsibilities

Research and resolve transaction and posting errors; maintain accurate ledger data.

Prepare and reconcile assigned balance sheet accounts, including AR, AP, cash, fixed assets, and prepaid assets.

Support month-end and year-end close; prepare financial reports for leadership.

Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve issues; assist with external audits.

Produce financial reports and ad-hoc analyses to support strategic and operational decisions.

Assist with budgeting, variance analysis, and documenting accounting procedures.

Research proper accounting treatments and support various special projects as needed. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred

1-3 years of accounting experience (industry experience a plus). Skills & Experience

Experience with integrated ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Great Plains or D365).

Strong Excel and Word skills.

Knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS, internal controls, and general ledger reconciliation.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
